Welcome to Muraski Persians and Exotics

We are Jim and Irene Bollen, situated in Sunny Bay of Plenty, Tauranga, New Zealand. We have been a registered breeder with the NZCF since 1976. We have enjoyed showing and breeding for many years. Our first persian was a gift to Irene for a wedding present in 1976. We imported a beautiful kitten from Australia twelve years ago, whom we used as a stud. We have grown from there and now produce award winning Muraski Persians. We have a variety of colours including vans, harliquins, bi-colours and Solids, including silvers and smokes. We have now also started breeding our first litters of beautiful exotic kittens. We have won both the Breeders Award of Merit and placed in the top ten during the 2016 show season, judged by both New Zealand and overseas judges. We love our cats, they are our passion, not only for showing but we also enjoy producing high quality kittens for loving pet homes. All of our kittens are bought up with lots of love and cuddles in our home environment where they often enjoy time with our grandchildren aged five and seven. We hope you enjoy our website.​
